I'm a fan of Mexican food and when I
first dined here years ago I was thrilled and re visit about 3X's a month.
BUT lately everytime I go I have been very disappointed.My last experience
was my final experience at Mexicali Rose. The smell was aweful in the
back dinning area (like mold). They were practically empty on the Friday
night I went yet service was still very slow and poor (very unusual). The
salsa for the chips does not taste as if it were homemade prepared anymore.
Taco shells I recieved were on the stale side and my lettuce was
brown(yuck)! That's an aweful lot of complaints for a place that I used to
love! Well I found Tinga Taqueria down the road in upper Montclair so I've
been going there since!

Central Jersey has been waiting patiently for a New York-style steakhouse to take root for years, and the Harvard Restaurant Group's latest fine-dining outpost has the menu, atmosphere and potential to fill the aching void. Bustling practically from day one, Roots Steakhouse imbues this upscale part of Jersey with class and elegance. Brilliant steaks are, of course, the headliner here, and both the N.Y. Strip and 8-ounce filet mignon arrived seconds from perfection. But a creative respect for seafood, especially fresh tuna and smooth lobster bisque, shows Roots has an eye on a holistic dining palate. One of our favorite litmus tests for a fine steak house is the attention and effort placed in producing a la carte side dishes, and garlic potatoes puree (a special on this particular day) and steamed broccoli both arrived fresh and expertly prepared, albeit in small portions. Like any eatery taking aim at the top-shelf diner, a robust wine list with daily specials (and Manhattan prices) has been carefully assembled. Occasionally homeowners who are trying to sell their home are surprised to learn that their title is encumbered by a lien. There are several types of liens; the most common are mechanic's or contractor's liens.
The lien (or debt) must be paid off in order to be cleared. If the owner prefers to challenge the lien, he can release it by posting a bond, pending adjudication. In some types of liens, a title search may disclose claims against the property by an ex-spouse or long-ago heir of a former owner. A simple "quitclaim" deed may be used in these cases. By signing the deed, the person involved signs over whatever rights he or she might have, without laying any claim to the property.
Most real estate transactions involve at least some minor unresolved issues on the part of either the buyer or the seller. This is where an experienced real estate agent can provide solutions to resolve the issues and conclude the sale.
